The focus of this seminar is in recognizing, understanding, standstill and exercise of power as well as their strategies. Every day we are exposed to an incredible compulsion of any kind in one way or another, which we did not want but think we have to endure.
This seminar is suitable for the recognition of oneself, one’s personality, finding, training and consolidation. The history, development and current status of people owning the "dark side" (Darth Vader) is explained on the basis of footage and brought near to the audience, because nobody wins anything in a "fight".
This seminar was considered by most participants as "Running with Scissors", tears and sorrow, because not even a few recognize this dark side in themselves.
It also explains the myth of motivation.
In addition, own strategies can be developed to become “a better personality” - because is there No “I” there is No "WE"!
Long walks for recreation, reflection and contemplation are woven in as well as free climbing and / or gliding with certified trainers, though.
